Our hand-dyed Shaniko wool top offers incredibly soft and smooth, easy-to-draft fibers. Shaniko is an US grown Merino and Merino/Rambouillet cross breed of sheep. Ideal for spinning, felting, and other fiber arts.

Each braid is dyed in-house in small quantities. The combed top preparation offers smooth, aligned fibers that draft easily and produce even, stable yarns.
